All families must sign an agreement to participate in our field trips. SIgn up and payment deadlines must be met; NO EXCEPTIONS. So please plan accordingly, even for the field trips and activities that are free, sign up deadline must be met, for proper arrangements.

If emailing your request, it must be emailed 2 days early from the deadline by 5:00 PM and sign up on paper or phone call must be by 5:00 PM the day of the deadline.

ALL payments must be mailed or paid on deadline or NO SPACE RESERVED. Payments made by check need to be made to LAH. If mailing payment mail to

The field trips and activities are open to anyone (family and friends, etc.) All that we ask is that they sign the field trip guidelines and abide by the same rules and conduct that is expected of our group.

Please try to be to the destination about 15 min. before time to begin. If you are late, we either start without you and you miss out on part of it, or we hold everyone up and throw the establishment way off schedule.

When you arrive at the field trip destination, please find Janette Fredrick and check in. We have our sign up sheet and will mark you off. We know that things do happen and come up, so if possible let us know if you can't make it.
