Parent Volunteer Duty Application



In order to participate in the drama production, a parent from each family must commit to serve in a volunteer position. If unable to serve in one of the volunteer positions listed below, a participation fee of $100 must be paid at the time of audition (see waiver statement on reverse side). All students are required to participate in a drama fundraiser for the production regardless of parental involvement choice.

Failure to fulfill my responsibilities may disqualify my child of participation in future drama performances.

Waiver for Parent Volunteer Duty




I understand by paying this $100 fee that my child, __________________________________ will be allowed to participate fully in the drama production without parental involvement. This however, does not exempt me from ensuring that my child attends all rehearsals, conducts his/herself in an appropriate manner, and memorizes all assigned lines on time. My child will also will be required to participate in a drama fundraiser for the production.
