Thank you for your interest in teaching a class at Shared Learning. By filling out this form you are committing to teaching six sessions for the upcoming semester. Please be sure to check your family's schedule for the semester to ensure that you are available for each Shared Learning session. While we do understand that things can happen (i.e. sickness in the family or other family emergency), we are relying on you being at each session to teach your class. If you need to miss it is your responsiblilty to notify your assisitant and pass along any lesson plans or materials and you MUST notify Kathy Bennett so she can make sure that you have another assistant.
